As with all new systems, there are new instructions. Hopefully, this step-by-step process guide will assist you.
PLEASE NOTE: Access to the new system is granted via the Single-Source Sign-On System. If you do not have an SSO account, please click "Register" on the first screen of the Nomination Site and follow the prompts. If you already have an SSO account, you may simply click "Login" on the first page.
Notes
- To be eligible to serve on a divisional committee, or as a divisional representative on an Association-wide or common committee, an individual must be salaried on a regular basis by an institution or conference in the same division and perform a regular staff function representing at least 50 percent of the normal workload for a staff member at that institution or conference, unless otherwise specified.
- Individuals with regional advisory committee (RAC) experience are encouraged to submit nominations for sports committees with RACs.

- NCAA Division III Financial Aid Committee – staff contact: Eric Hartung: one immediate vacancy, Area 1 (Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Vermont), individual must be a financial aid administrator from public institution. The following conference from Area 1 is already represented and therefore ineligible for this vacancy: Presidents’ Athletic.

- NCAA Men’s Basketball Rules Committee - Staff contact: Andy Supergan. One immediate vacancy replacing Thad McCracken, individual must be a coach. The following conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference, New England Small College Athletic Conference.
- Division III Women’s Golf Committee - Staff contact: Demetria Young. One August vacancy replacing Dave Wester, Region V, individual may be a coach or administrator.
- Division III Interpretations and Legislation Committee - Staff contact: Jeff Myers. One August vacancy replacing Kurt Beron, Area 4 (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming), individual must be a faculty athletics representative and identify as male.
